WHAT IF I AM TRAVELING OUTSIDE THE VIP PROGRAM DATES?

The VIP Program begins on January 18^th and ends on January 21^st. Hotel rooms outside of these dates are considered "pay on your own" and subject to hotel availability. You will also be considered "on your own" for any meals, entertainment, and transportation needed outside of the program dates.

WHAT IF I PLAN ON ATTENDING ALLSTATE PARTY AT THE PLAYOFF?

If you plan to attend Allstate Party at the Playoff, transportation will be provided roundtrip from the Signia to Pullman Yards. Shuttles will depart outside of the Signia every 30 minutes.

The party is from 9:00PM to 1:00AM ET and you must be 21 or older.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Yes, transportation will be provided for all guests partaking in our VIP program. Please see the Agenda page for further information on events within our program.

WHAT IS THE PREFERRED ATTIRE?

There is no formal dress code. For daytime activities and events, we encourage guests to please dress comfortably. For evening events, "casual chic" is the standard, which means anything you would feel comfortable wearing to a nice restaurant or dinner party.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN ATLANTA?

In January, the average high is 53° F and the average low 33° F. The average days with precipitation is 8.

WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY FOR GAMEDAY?

Since the game is within the security perimeter of the stadium, we require all guests and staff to abide by the Mercedes-Benz Stadium clear bag policy. Stadium-compliant game day bags will be available in our Champions Lounge prior to the game.

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING MY GAME TICKET?
